Mitchell leads No. 19 Alabama over North Florida

Tony Mitchell netted 17 points and pulled 44 from Coleman Coliseum.

JaMychal Green finished with 18 points to go along with six rebounds and two assists for the Crimson Tide (1-0), while Rodney Cooper added 10 points and five boards.

Levi Randolph contributed five points and pulled down eight boards in the victory.

The Crimson Tide will look to build upon their 2010-11 season in which they won 25 games and advanced all the way to the NIT title game.

Andy Diaz led the Ospreys (0-1) with nine points and nine rebounds, while David Jeune and Jerron Granberry chipped in eight points apiece.
