Lindheim wins by 1 in Colombia

Bogota, Colombia (SportsNetwork.com) - Nicholas Lindheim birdied the 16th hole to grab the lead on Sunday and he held on to win the Colombian Classic.

Lindheim closed with a bogey-free, 5-under 67 and he finished at 19-under-par 269. This was his first victory on the PGA Tour Latinoamerica.

The American birdied the first, third and fifth to move to 17-under. After seven consecutive pars, Lindheim birdied the par-5 13th to gain a piece of the lead.

Lindheim made his fifth birdie of the day at the 16th to move in front. He parred the last two to seal the win.

Brad Hopfinger (67) birdied the final three holes to gain a share of second place. He was joined at minus-18 by Marcelo Rozo (67). Rafael Campos (70) finished alone in fourth place at 17-under 271.

Jhonathan Perez (70) and Tommy Cocha (68) tied for fifth at minus-16. Third- round leader Alex Moon stumbled to a 1-over 73 and fell into a share of seventh at 15-under 273.
