Lille loses Chedjou to thigh injury

Lille will be without defender Aurelien Chedjou for the next 2-3 weeks after he sustained a thigh injury in the club's 3-0 win over Evian over the weekend.

Chedjou limped off the field after five minutes with a thigh strain and he will now miss Sunday's showdown with fourth-place Toulouse as Lille sits three points clear of the club in the race for the third and final Champions League spot.

The 26-year-old has been a key piece for Lille this season, scoring five goals in 21 Ligue 1 matches.
