Knorr, Henley, LeCroy get new jobs with Nationals

WASHINGTON (AP) The Washington Nationals have found new jobs for former bench coach Randy Knorr and two other members of their coaching staff who were let go when manager Matt Williams was fired.

Knorr will now be senior assistant to the general manager for player development, the Nationals announced Monday.

Former third base coach Bobby Henley was given the position of senior adviser for player development, while former bullpen coach Matt LeCroy will now manage at Double-A Harrisburg.

Brian Daubach, who had been managing at Harrisburg, will now be the hitting coach at Triple-A Syracuse.
