Kings give Nolan three-year extension

Los Angeles, CA (SportsNetwork.com) - The Los Angeles Kings have signed forward Jordan Nolan to a three-year contract extension.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, but TSN.ca reported it to be worth $950,000 per year.

Nolan has appeared in 170 NHL regular-season games, all with the Kings, and has 14 goals with 10 assists for 24 points. He has four goals in 36 games this season.

The 25-year-old Ontario native was selected by Los Angeles in the seventh round of the 2009 NHL Entry Draft and has been a member of the Kings' Stanley Cup championship teams in 2012 and 2014.
