Jets sign first-round pick Coples

The New York Jets signed first-round draft pick Quinton Coples to a four-year contract on Thursday.
Coples, a defensive end out of North Carolina, was selected by the Jets with the 16th overall pick in last month's draft.
A First Team All-ACC selection in both 2010 and 2011, Coples notched 17 1/2 sacks during his last two seasons at North Carolina.
