Jacksonville, FL (SportsNetwork.com) - The Jacksonville Jaguars have parted ways with offensive coordinator Jedd Fisch after failing to improve in Fisch's second year running the offense.

The Jaguars ranked dead last in the NFL in points and second-to-last in total yards each of the past two seasons under Fisch's watch. They averaged 15.6 points this past season with rookie Blake Bortles under center, leading to a 3-13 record.

Fisch was the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach for the University of Miami for two years before head coach Gus Bradley brought him back to the NFL ranks.

Before serving as quarterbacks coach for the Seattle Seahawks in 2010, Fisch also spent time with the Houston Texans (2001-03), Baltimore Ravens (2004-07) and Denver Broncos (2008).
