Hornets' Henderson has surgery

Charlotte, NC (SportsNetwork.com) - Charlotte Hornets guard Gerald Henderson underwent successful arthroscopic surgery on his right wrist Friday.

The surgery was needed to remove scar tissue.

Henderson's wrist will be immobilized for approximately two weeks before he begins the rehabilitation process.

In 77 games for Charlotte last season, Henderson averaged 14.0 points, 4.0 rebounds and 2.6 assists.
