Heat reportedly have another huge financial decision on their hands

The sting is still fresh from Dwyane Wade leaving, and now the Miami Heat have three days to make another huge financial decision.

Restricted free agent guard Tyler Johnson signed a four-year $50 million offer sheet from the Brooklyn Nets late Wednesday night, The Vertical's Adrian Wojnarowski reported, at the end of the NBA's moratorium on signing contracts.

The Heat, who balked at paying Wade the $47 million he reportedly accepted for two years from Chicago, now have to decide if they will pay to keep Johnson.

Miami's image is reeling, and giving a relatively unproven player like Johnson more money than the former face of their franchise likely would spark even more outcry.

Johnson, a 24-year-old undrafted free agent out of Fresno State, has just 68 games of NBA experience -- and seven starts. But he's earned some positive reviews, averaging 8.7 points on 48.6 percent shooting last season, including 38 percent on 3's, and hitting 79.7 percent from the free-throw line.

He made just $507,000 last season, now he's looking at a pretty crazy raise. And even Wade congratulated him earlier this week after the offer was extended by Brooklyn.

Other teammates seemed to think Johnson's gone.

But all we know for now is the clock's ticking.
