Hague's 2-run homer seals Twins' win over Nats

The Minnesota Twins rallied for a 4-2 win over the Washington Nationals in a spring training matchup Sunday afternoon.

After five scoreless innings for both teams, the Twins' Ben Paulsen broke the stalemate with an RBI double to score Kennys Vargas.

The Nationals took the lead in the 7th -- but in the 8th, Zack Granite scored the tying run on a wild pitch and Matt Hague followed with a go-ahead two-run homer.

Minnesota starter Hector Santiago struck out five in 2 2/3 innings pitched.
