Graham DeLaet withdraws from PGA with thumb injury; Canadian replaced by Sean O'Hair

Published May 03, 2016

Associated Press

Graham DeLaet of Canada has withdrawn from the PGA Championship because of a thumb injury.

It's the same injury that forced him to withdraw from the Canadian Open last month. It's not clear how much time he will be away. DeLaet is No. 99 in the FedEx Cup with only two events remaining until the playoffs.

He is replaced at Whistling Straits by Sean O'Hair.
