Golden State Warriors enter NBA draft without a pick, make no trades and acquire no players

The Golden State Warriors entered the NBA draft without a pick Thursday night, and they stayed on the sidelines, making no trades and acquiring no players.

This marked the second consecutive year that the Warriors entered the draft without a pick. Last year, the Warriors didn't make a pick for the first time in franchise history, but they made a series of trades and acquired the rights to guard Nemanja Nedovic, the 30th pick in the draft, from Phoenix.

The Warriors traded their 2014 first-round pick in July to Utah as part of a package for Andre Iguodala in a three-team deal. Utah also received the Warriors' first-round pick in 2017 and second-rounders in 2016 and 2017. Denver received Golden State's second-round pick in 2018 in the Iguodala trade.
