Glazer: 'It's ridiculous' that Chuck Pagano's job is on the line

Simply put, "it's ridiculous".

FOX NFL Insider Jay Glazer broke news last Sunday that Indianapolis Colts head coach Chuck Pagano's job could be on the line this season. Strange, right? How could a coach who has reached the postseason every year and months removed from an AFC Championship Game appearance be fighting for his job?

"Maybe the dumbest story in the league right now," Glazer told Colin Cowherd on "The Herd" on Friday.

So, what's the problem in Indianapolis? Apparently, it's very similiar to what went down with the Denver Broncos last season, when head coach John Fox stepped down because of a rift with GM and vice president John Elway.

In case you're wondering, the players are firmly behind Pagano, according to Glazer. And there's one particular impact player who could probably put this whole issue to bed and save Pagano's job.
