Boca Raton, FL (SportsNetwork.com) - Charlie Partridge will be Florida Atlantic's next head football coach, the school confirmed Monday.
Partridge's five-year deal is worth $2.76 million, according to the Sun Sentinel.
Partridge, who served as the defensive line coach at Arkansas in 2013, will replace Carl Pelini, who resigned in late October.
He spent five seasons as defensive line coach at Wisconsin before going to Arkansas with Bret Bielema.
Partridge will be formally introduced at an introductory news conference Tuesday.
