FIFA says on its website that Bjorn Kuipers of the Netherlands will referee Uruguay vs. Colombia at Maracana Stadium in Rio de Janeiro.

Kuipers refereed the Champions League final last month and the Confederations Cup final last year.

In this tournament, Webb previously handled Colombia's 2-1 win over Ivory Coast.
