Duke rolls to NCAA Women's title

Duke rolled to a 2-stroke win at the NCAA Women's Golf Championship on Friday.

Duke combined to shoot a 6-under 274 during the final round to collect its sixth NCAA women's golf title at 10-over-par 1,130.

Laetitia Beck and Alejandra Cangrejo shot matching 2-under 68s to lead the way for Duke, while Celine Boutier and Sandy Choi shot matching 69s to account for the team's final-round score. Yu Liu's score of 2-over 72 didn't count.

The University of Southern California, last year's winner, posted a 10-under 270 on Friday to vault into second place at 12-over 1,132. Southern California's Doris Chen (67) took the individual title by two strokes over Boutier at 6-under 274.

UCLA took third place at 25-over, Oklahoma finished in fourth at 27-over and Arizona State ended in fifth at 30-over.
