New York, NY (SportsNetwork.com) - The Miami Dolphins finished the 2013 season with six former FCS players on their roster, but they appear ready to increase that number this year.

Five of their eight selections in this year's NFL Draft were from the FCS - the most among all 32 NFL teams.

On Friday, the Dolphins selected North Dakota State offensive tackle Billy Turner in the third round at No. 67 overall.

On Saturday, they made Liberty cornerback Walt Aikens the first FCS selection of the day at No. 125 in the fourth round.

In the sixth round, they picked Montana outside linebacker Jordan Tripp at No. 171 and Coastal Carolina wide receiver Matt Hazel at No. 196.

They then capped their selections with Marist defensive end Terrence Fede in the seventh round at No. 234.
