Los Angeles Dodgers shortstop Hanley Ramirez left Friday's 2-1 loss against the San Francisco Giants in the sixth inning with an injured left hamstring.

Ramirez was thrown out trying to go from first to third on a single to right field by A.J. Ellis. Ramirez was thrown out at third base and he then immediately grabbed for his hamstring.

Ramirez was eventually assisted off the field into the dugout and was replaced by Justin Sellers.

"It's not like he's going to be back in a couple of days," Dodgers manager Don Mattingly said of Ramirez's injury.
