Three-time Pro Bowl wide receiver DeSean Jackson is active for Washington's game at New England for the first time since Week 1.
Jackson missed six games because of a hamstring injury. The Redskins (3-4) need Jackson to keep up with Tom Brady and the Patriots (7-0).
In Minnesota, Rams defensive end Robert Quinn is inactive because of a knee injury, leaving St. Louis without two starters on its line.
The Rams (4-3) are also missing defensive end Chris Long. He's out for the third straight game with a knee injury. Safety T.J. McDonald, another key starter on one of the league's toughest defenses, is out with a foot injury.
The Vikings (5-2) are missing a pair of starters on defense. Linebacker Eric Kendricks is sitting out his first game because of a ribs injury and defensive tackle Sharrif Floyd is out for the third straight game with ankle and knee injuries.
The Rams (4-3) are one game behind the Vikings (5-2) for the second wild-card spot in the NFC as the teams complete the first half of their schedule.
Other players returning from injuries include Jets center Nick Mangold and Bills wide receiver Sammy Watkins.
Mangold is active after missing one game with a neck injury. But Jets right guard Willie Colon (knee) is inactive because of a knee injury. Brian Winters replaces him in the starting lineup for New York (4-3) against Oakland (4-3).
Watkins is active for Buffalo (3-4) against Miami (3-4) after missing three of the past four games.
