In Week 7, Darren McFadden made a case to be the Cowboys' lead runner going forward. Robert Deutsch USA TODAY Sports

Joseph Randle left the game after the first series with a back strain and it was all Darren McFadden for the Dallas Cowboys in Week 7. He finished with 29 carries for 152 yards and a touchdown, showing off the same kind of burst we remember from his career year in 2011 with the Oakland Raiders.

McFadden ripped off chunk yardage on several runs. His long on the day was 22 yards, but he consistently moved the pile and kept the offense in positive down-and-distances. McFadden's touchdown came from just one yard out in the second quarter.
