Indianapolis Colts quarterback Kerry Collins was inactive for Sunday's game against Kansas City, missing his second straight game because of a concussion.
As expected, Curtis Painter started at quarterback again after making his first career start on Monday in a 24-17 loss to Tampa Bay.
Collins, of course, was lured out of retirement in August when it was learned Peyton Manning would need another surgery on his neck.
He started the team's first three games of the season and was knocked out of a Week 3 game against Pittsburgh.
