Coach Joe Philbin rejoins Dolphins following death of his father in Massachusetts

Miami Dolphins coach Joe Philbin has returned to work following the death of his father.

Philbin missed two days of practice to be with his father, who died Friday night in Massachusetts. The coach rejoined the Dolphins on Saturday as they completed preparations for Sunday's game against San Diego.

The Dolphins (4-3) have won two games in a row, while the Chargers (5-3) have lost two in a row.
