Kansas City, MO (SportsNetwork.com) - The Kansas City Chiefs announced that tackle Eric Fisher will not play in Sunday's game against the Tennessee Titans due to a concussion.

The first overall pick suffered the concussion during the first half against the New York Giants and did not practice at all during the week.

The Central Michigan product started in each of the Chiefs' first four games.

Running back Jamaal Charles (toes) is listed as probable, while cornerback Brandon Flowers (knee) is considered questionable.
