Joliet, IL (SportsNetwork.com) - Persistent rain at Chicagoland Speedway forced the postponement of Friday night's Lucas Oil 225 Camping World Truck Series race.

The 150-lap race at this 1.5-mile racetrack has been rescheduled for Saturday at approximately 7 p.m. ET. It will be televised live on Fox Sports 2. The 200-lap Nationwide Series event here is slated for 3:30 p.m. ET.

Qualifying for this race and the Chase-opener for the Sprint Cup Series, scheduled for Sunday, were rained out as well.

Johnny Sauter will start on the pole for the Truck Series race. Sauter had the fastest lap overall in Thursday's practice sessions. He is also the current points leader.

Brennan Newberry will roll off second, followed by Jeb Burton, Austin Dillon, Ryan Blaney, Darrell Wallace Jr., Kyle Busch, German Quiroga, Matt Crafton, the defending series champion, and Timothy Peters.

Busch has the most truck wins at this track with three, including a victory in last year's race.

There is no rain in the forecast here on Saturday.
