Casillas lifts Chivas to 1-0 win over Club America in match between Mexican soccer rivals

Giovanni Casillas scored on a cross from Abraham Coronado in the 86th minute to lift Chivas to a 1-0 win over Club America in an exhibition match between Mexican soccer rivals on Wednesday night.

The match was stopped at the end of regulation when a handful of fans stormed the field, causing the referees to end game.

The friendly match was played with great intensity between the two most successful and popular clubs teams in Mexico. There was a scuffle midway through the match which led to two ejections from both sides, including both team captains.
