Buffalo Bills shuffle practice squad: sign DB Silva, OL Jackson and cut TE Brown, DB Green

Published November 20, 2014

Associated Press

The Buffalo Bills have shuffled their practice squad by signing defensive back Mana Silva and offensive lineman Andrew Jackson.

Silva rejoins the Bills after spending part of last season on the team's practice squad. He was signed by Dallas on Dec. 13 and remained with the Cowboys before being cut last week. Jackson was selected 210th overall by Atlanta in the 2011 draft and spent part of last season on the Falcons practice squad.

To make room for the additions made on Tuesday, the Bills released tight end LaMark Brown and defensive back Isaiah Green from their practice squad.

The Bills (2-2) prepare to travel to face San Francisco (3-1) on Sunday, in opening a stretch of playing four of their next five games on the road.
