Cleveland Browns starting left guard Jason Pinkston remains hospitalized with a blood clot.

Pinkston will miss Sunday's game against the Indianapolis Colts.

"I'll head this off before you get around to asking it. Jason Pinkston, doctors determined, we found this week that he has a blood clot," Browns coach Pat Shurmur said after Friday's practice. "He's going to miss this week's game. We'll determine through the week if it's going to be an extended period of time, but he won't play this week."

John Greco will get the start in place of Pinkston.
