If anyone call feel William Byron's pain, it's Brad Keselowski.

Byron, the 18-year-old rookie driver for Kyle Busch Motorsports, dominated both the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series season and Friday night's Lucas Oil 150 at Phoenix International Raceway.

Unfortunately, both came to a bad end for Byron, who set a Truck Series rookie record with six race victories this year.

At PIR Friday night, Byron led 112 of the first 138 laps in the 150-lap race, only to see his engine explode in a cloud of white smoke. The engine failure knocked him out of the race and out of the Truck Series Chase.

It's pretty much the same thing that happened to Keselowski, who is tied for the Sprint Cup Series lead in race victories with four but got knocked out of the playoffs when his engine blew while leading at Talladega.

So Keselowski took to Twitter after the truck race to offer condolences.
