The Buffalo Bills signed wide receiver DeMarco Sampson to an undisclosed contract and waived defensive back Vernon Kearney on Thursday.

He was released by Arizona prior to the 2012 regular season and joined the Philadelphia Eagles in January of 2013 before being released in May.
