Bengals waive fullback Chris Pressley, sidelined all season by knee injury

Published January 13, 2015

Associated Press

The Bengals have waived fullback Chris Pressley, who was sidelined the entire season by a knee injury.

Pressley went on the physically unable to perform list because of a knee injury before training camp began. He recently was cleared to resume practice on a roster exemption, which expired Tuesday.

The Bengals also chose not to add quarterback Zac Robinson to the active roster. He's been on the physically unable to perform list with a sore passing elbow. He'll remain on the injury list for the rest of the season.

The Bengals (9-4) play at Pittsburgh (5-8) on Sunday night.
