The Chicago Bears have weathered with a series of injuries at the wide receiver position, but the battered unit may be turning the corner heading into Week 2.

Bears receivers Alshon Jeffery, Marquess Wilson and Eddie Royal were all full participants at Wednesday's practice, according to Adam Jahns of the Chicago Sun-Times.

Jeffery (calf), Wilson (hamstring) and Royal (hip) all played last weekend against the Green Bay Packers, despite being listed on the injury report. The trio combined for eight receptions and 145 yards.

With the Bears slated to host a tough Arizona Cardinals team at Soldier Field on Sunday, quarterback Jay Cutler should benefit immensely from having three healthy receivers in the lineup.
