Bears waive offensive lineman Edison

LAKE FOREST, Ill. (AP) The Chicago Bears have waived offensive lineman Cornelius Edison.

Edison has appeared in one game this season. He entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent out of Portland State with the Bears in 2015 and spent part of that season on Chicago's practice squad.

The Bears announced the move Tuesday.
