Den Bosch, The Netherlands (SportsNetwork.com) - Rising Spaniard Roberto Bautista Agut and German Benjamin Becker moved into the championship match at the Topshelf Open, a final grass-court Wimbledon tune-up.

Friday's semifinals saw the third-seeded Bautista Agut outlast eighth-seeded Austrian Jurgen Melzer 4-6, 6-2, 7-6 (7-4) and the 2009 Den Bosch champion Becker best Portuguese Joao Sousa 6-3, 7-6 (7-3) at Autotron Rosmalen.

A pair of quarterfinals had to be staged on Friday following weather issues here on Thursday, as Melzer outlasted and upset second-seeded Spanish fellow left-hander Fernando Verdasco 7-6 (7-3), 6-7 (6-8), 7-6 (11-9) and Bautista Agut took care of seventh-seeded defending Den Bosch champ Nicolas Mahut 6-3, 4-6, 6-3.

The French Mahut upset reigning Australian Open champion Stan Wawrinka in last year's Topshelf finale.

The 26-year-old Bautista Agut will now appear in his second career ATP final, with his first one resulting in a loss in Chennai, India, last season.

Becker, who turned 33 on Monday, will compete in his third career final, seeking a second title.

Bautista Agut and Becker will meet for the first time in Saturday's final, with the winner taking home $100,000.
