Here are some notes, tidbits and stats heading for Saturday's game between the Wisconsin Badgers and Illinois Fighting Illini:

-- This is the 83rd meeting between Wisconsin and Illinois. The Badgers lead the all-time series 39-36-7. Wisconsin has won six straight games against Illinois (all by double digits), which is tied for the longest winning streak for either team in the series.

-- Wisconsin has allowed 17 or fewer points in eight of its nine games, the most such games by any FBS team this season.

-- Vince Biegel needs 1 tackles for loss to tie and 1.5 to pass J.J. Watt for 12th place and 3 to tie and 3.5 to pass Mike Taylor for 11th place on UW's all-time list.

-- Biegel needs 2.5 sacks to tie and Don Davey for 7th place on UW's all-time list.

-- T.J. Watt needs 2 sacks to tie Mike Thompson (1992), Tom Burke (1997), Alex Lewis (2003) and Derek Landisch (2014) for 10h place on UW's all-time single-season list.

-- Derrick Tindal needs 1 pass breakup to tie Scott Nelson, Aaron Henry and Michael Caputo for 18th place and 2 to tie Lamarr White, Joey Boese, Roderick Rogers and Aaron Henry for 14th place on UW's all-time list.
