Armenian weightlifter suffers horrific elbow injury at the Olympics

Armenian weightlifter Andranik Karapetyan was vying for a bronze medal in Rio de Janeiro Wednesday when he suffered an awful injury while attempting to lift 195kg (429 pounds). Karapetyan got the weight above his head, but his left elbow appeared to dislocate and the bar dropped behind him.

Karapetyan was in excruciating pain and was quickly rushed to a local hospital.
