Luis Scola scored 32 points, Manu Ginobili scored 21 and grabbed 10 rebounds, and Argentina cruised past Lithuania, 102-79, in the men's basketball tournament.

Carlos Delfino added 20 points for Argentina, which led by as many as 23.

Linas Kleiza finished with 20 points and seven rebounds in defeat.

Argentina shot 41 percent from the three-point range and forced 16 turnovers, which led to 20 points.
