Sheathed in stucco and stone, with glass walls that open to the outdoors, this modern dwelling sits on 20 acres in Sonoma County’s Russian River Valley. The estate, known as Retrospect Vineyards, has produced Pinot Noir grapes for about 15 years.

The two-story house, built in 2014, has three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The guesthouse, which shares a roof with the main residence, is cantilevered above the backyard. “You feel like you’re floating,” said listing agent Tina Shone of Sotheby’s International Realty.
