Seven months after buying his Tarzana, CA, home, singer Marc Anthony is moving on. The five-bedroom, 6,500-square-foot home is back on the market for $4.35 million -- $200,000 more than what he paid for the New England -- style home.

According to TMZ, Anthony's hectic touring schedule has kept him out of California. Plus his business interests are elsewhere -- the two-time Grammy and five-time Latin Grammy winner has decided to move his two corporations to Florida.

White walls and dark hardwood run throughout the home's open floor plan. The expansive, chandelier-topped master bathroom features a tile floor in a herringbone pattern, which is repeated in the kitchen backsplash.

Entertainers will love the grassy backyard, where you can flit between the fire pit and pool at your leisure. There's also a grill and fridge ready for your alfresco supper.

The singer and actor -- known for his chart-topping songs "I Need to Know" and "You Sang to Me" and his role in the 2007 biopic "El Cantante" -- was wed to Jennifer Lopez until their divorce in mid-2014.
