'King of Queens' Star Kevin James Lists $29M Estate in Florida

A $28.85 million megamansion is the last place you'd expect to see Paul Blart tooling around on a Segway. Well, the actor who brought the infamous mall cop to the big screen calls this luxurious oceanfront Florida estate home.
Now, Kevin James, one of the most lovable oafs on TV and in film, has put his massive Mediterranean Revival in Delray Beach on the market.
"It's got a sense of sophistication that's hard to come by, and a list of features that's a mile long. Not to mention, it's one of the largest estates in Delray Beach," listing agent Jack Elkins of the Fite Group says.
Elkins wasn't lying about the numerous features of this 25,834-square-foot estate along the Atlantic Ocean. It has seven fireplaces, eight bedrooms, nine full bathrooms, 10-car garage, double-island kitchen, spa room, full gym, wine cellar, game room, saltwater pool, outdoor grill area, and a children's playground on over an acre of artificial grass.
A grand staircase leads to the master suite, which features a fireplace, balcony, freestanding limestone slab tub, and meditation room.
There's no word on why the "King of Queens" star is selling -- Elkins declined to comment about the property's owner.
