Dolphins QB Ryan Tannehill Sells Fort Lauderdale Starter Home

Miami Dolphins quarterback Ryan Tannehill recently sold his Fort Lauderdale starter home for a cool $1,325,000.
Selling the waterfront home in the gated Portside Yacht Club was much easier than making the NFL playoffs. According to the Miami Herald, the three-story townhouse went for asking price within a month of being listed. It isn't hard to see why.
With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, the home has plenty of space and charm. The modern kitchen comes with granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and a wall of windows overlooking those signature Florida palm trees.
There are plenty of built-ins, exposed beams, a wet bar, and, oh yeah, a private elevator.
And while many Florida homes have waterfront views, this home is practically in the water with a private boat dock and waterside courtyard.
Although Tannehill is leaving this home, he doesn't plan to leave the Miami metro behind. Not long after the Dolphins extended his contract to 2020, Tannehill purchased a larger Mid-Century Modern home in Fort Lauderdale for $4.3 million.
