Blue Jays Star Troy Tulowitzki Still Trying to Sell Colorado Mansion

Slugger Troy Tulowitzki may be hitting 'em out of the park for the Toronto Blue Jays, but the former Colorado Rockies star is striking out in his attempts to sell his mansion in Cherry Hills Village, CO. It hit the market about six months ago.
The $5.5 million price tag will net a buyer a 14,157-square-foot mansion on 2.5 gated acres with jaw-dropping mountain views. The house includes a five-car garage, two large studies, a caterer's kitchen, and "one of the largest exercise rooms you'll ever find in a home," according to the listing, which is being represented by agent Jeff Hendley.
The ballplayer bought the seven-bedroom, 10-bathroom house for $4.8 million in 2011. After being traded north of the border in July 2015, the slugging shortstop put the home on the market in late 2015 for $5.89 million.
Tulowitzki, 31, is a five-time MLB All-Star. Considered one of the Colorado Rockies' best players ever, he nevertheless was traded to the Blue Jays, where he promptly helped lead his new team into the playoffs for the first time since 1993.
