Actor Adam Arkin Close to Selling His Studio City Home

You may not know his name, but you'll recognize Adam Arkin's face. He's been in a range of TV shows, including "Fargo," "Justified," "State of Affairs," "Sons of Anarchy," and "The Newsroom." In real life, Arkin is moving on: He may have found a buyer for his home in Studio City, a neighborhood of Los Angeles.
Listed for just over $1 million, the circa 1956 ranch-style home is on nearly an acre of land and offers an expansive view of the canyon.
Not massive by Hollywood standards, the single-story home measures 1,791 square feet and has three bedrooms. And while we don't have any interior photos, we did learn from the Los Angeles Times that the home has a cozy feel, with a fireplace and vaulted ceiling in the living room, an eat-in kitchen, and large windows.
Out back, there is a brick patio and pool. The new owners will also get to enjoy views of the canyon greenbelt.
