Trump ad shows Obama snapping selfies amid growing terror threat

Donald Trump released his latest Instagram video Monday, slamming what the Republican presidential hopeful claims is an unserious strategy by President Obama to defeat the Islamic State jihadist group.

The web-ad mashes footage of Obama laughing at his reflection and goofing off, from a video by Buzzfeed in February, with news coverage of Islamic State militants issuing threats against Europe and the U.S.

"They're a bunch of killers with good social media," Obama is heard saying in a soundbite accompanying photographs of a downed Russian passenger jet for which the terrorist group recently took credit.

"It is time for serious leadership," the screen reads before cutting to Trump's "Make America Great Again" slogan.
