Schwarzenegger fundraises for Kasich

Former Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger, R-Calif., spoke at a Los Angeles fundraiser for presidential candidate John Kasich on Friday.

Though he spoke, Kasich's campaign says that should not be construed as an official endorsement by the former governor and world-famous celebrity, CNN reported.

Schwarzenegger was California's governor from 2003-11, twice winning election as a moderate Republican in a liberal state.

He has recently been tapped by NBC to replace GOP front-runner Donald Trump on "Celebrity Apprentice," a move Trump praised.
