Billionaire Charles Koch has reportedly decided to forego supporting any GOP presidential candidate until after the Republican Party picks its nominee.

Koch, who is one half of the mega-donor duo that includes his brother David, told USA Today that he wants to hear more than hot air from the candidates.

"I have no plans to support anybody in the primary now," Koch said. "If they [candidates] start saying things we think are beneficial overall and will change the trajectory of the country, then that would be good, but we have to believe also they'll follow through on it, and by and large, candidates don't do that."

Charles Koch said he has not spoken with any of the candidates since August, and that his brother remains much more engaged in the political process than he. Before the 2016 election cycle reaches its end, the Koch's network of donors expects to raise around $750 million over the course of two years. He said it's still a matter of debate about what to expect in terms of fundraising and their prospective budget.
