The man who was the sole attendee at an Iowa campaign event during a snowstorm last year for Democratic candidate Martin O'Malley has finally made a decision on which candidate he will caucus behind.

Kennan Seda, who met with the former governor of Maryland in Tema, Iowa, on Dec. 29, said he has picked O'Malley as his candidate of choice for the caucus.

In an interview with Politico, Seda said he was "very pleased with just [O'Malley's] general demeanor," and that a phone call from the candidate after their in-person meeting helped him make up his mind.
