A New York man will be sentenced on Dec. 21 for threatening President Obama.

Thirty-one-year-old Brandon Correa of Rochester pleaded guilty on Tuesday to threatening Obama. He faces up to five years in prison and a $250,000 fine.

In June of 2014, Correa tweeted at Obama, "Im [sic] coming to watch you die," according to the Justice Department. Later, Correa told Secret Service agents that Obama is "evil" and must "die."

Two months later, Correa took to social media again to threaten the president, posting on Facebook and Twitter: "GET READY to DIE Barack Obama."
