Obamacare is pretty popular in Miami, Fort Lauderdale and other parts of Florida.

Florida's Miami-Dade County had 392,442 plan selections in the latest open enrollment period under healthcare.gov. That's the largest total for any county out of 37 states that use the website to sign up Obamacare enrollees.

The other highest county was right up the road in Broward County with 222,210 signups. The county encompasses the beachfront city Fort Lauderdale.

Rounding out the top five counties are Cook County, Illinois (157,223), Palm Beach County in Florida (136,968) and Maricopa County in Arizona (129,539).
