EPA chief leading U.S. delegation to Dubai

Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Gina McCarthy will lead a U.S. delegation to a meeting in Dubai next week to push the United States' climate and environment goals.

National Security Council spokesman Ned Price said Wednesday that McCarthy would head the American group heading to the Meeting of the Parties to the Montreal Protocol in Dubai. The meeting will be held from Nov. 1 to Nov. 5.
