Hillary Clinton released a new television ad Wednesday that calls for closing out "loopholes" that give the wrong people to access to weapons.

"The epidemic of gun violence knows no boundaries," Clinton says in the 30-second spot. The clip is from a Clinton campaign town hall event in Manchester, N.H., which took place just days after the deadly shooting at a college campus in Roseburg, Oregon.

"Between 88 to 92 people a day are killed by guns," she says accompanying a graphic saying the same thing in white written out over a black background.

"We're better than this," Clinton continues in the video. "We need to close the loopholes and support universal background checks. How many people need to die before we actually act?"
